Refund policy

Can I cancel/return my order?

You have a 30-day right of withdrawal when you shop on our webshop. The 30-day period starts from the day you receive the package. The right of withdrawal is only valid on condition that the goods are returned in the same condition, which means that the goods, including the gift box, must be unused, undamaged and intact. If you choose to return all or part of your order, you will pay the return costs yourself of:

Germany: 10 euros
Austria: 15 euros

If you have received a free gift in connection with your purchase and choose to cancel the entire purchase, the free gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned with the rest of the order, the value of the gift will be deducted from the refund.

We have attached a return label to your order, which you simply need to use in connection with your return. If it has been lost, please contact our customer service.

In connection with the Christmas sale, all orders placed from November 1, 2026, can be exchanged until January 15, 2027.

How does a refund work?

If you regret your purchase and we have received the goods back in acceptable condition, we will refund the full amount you paid for the goods. The amount will be transferred to the account you used for the purchase.

It will take us up to 2-5 business days to handle and register the goods and to order a refund of your payment. Depending on your bank, it may take a few more days before the amount appears in your account.

We are ready to help you on weekdays Monday - Friday from 9:00 to 15:00. During the weekend we are closed on both Saturday and Sunday.
